Plane
Monroe Regional Airport is served by three commercial airlines: Delta,
Continental and Northwest. Rental car service is available at the
airport through Avis or Hertz. Allow approximately 45 minutes driving
time from the airport to Louisiana Tech.
The university is also served by Shreveport Regional Airport. Allow
approximately 70 minutes driving time from Shreveport Regional Airport
to Louisiana Tech. Shreveport is served by five commercial airlines:
American, Continental, Delta, Northwest and US Airways.
Driving Directions
From the north (Little Rock, El Dorado, Ark.) - Take Highway 167 south
to downtown Ruston. Turn right onto West Arizona. Bogard Hall is
the building on the right past the second traffic light.
From the south (Alexandria, Baton
Rouge, La.) - Take Highway 167 north to Ruston. Turn left onto West
Arizona. Bogard Hall is the building on the right past the third
traffic light.
From the east (Vicksburg, Jackson, Miss.) - Take I-20 west to Ruston,
exit 84. At the top of the exit ramp, turn left. Follow Tech Drive to
campus. Turn left onto Railroad Avenue. Railroad turn right into
College St. Turn right at traffic light onto W
Arizona. Bogard Hall id the building on the right.
From the west (Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas) - Take I-20 east to Ruston,
exit 84. At the top of the exit ramp, turn right onto Tech Drive. Follow
Tech Drive to campus. Turn left onto Railroad Avenue. Railroad turn
right into College St. Turn right at traffic light onto W
Arizona. Bogard Hall id the building on the right.
